一、建设目标

本中心瞄准国家营养与健康战略需求,开发现代精准营养创新技术与产品;通过现代原料学、前瞻微生物组学、多组学等手段,定向开展组分结构修饰,形成特色组分开发、新产品智能智造、靶向营养干预的全产业链技术体系,形成工、理、农、医等多学科交叉的理论研究与产业技术的整合与转化,实现新疆特色资源在多领域未来食品中的高附加值利用。

二、研究方向

1.应用多组学手段,集成机器学习和数学统计模型,多维多角度揭示目前与未来人类面临最大健康的诱因及关键生物标志物的筛选与建立,构建海量多组学数据资源体系,开发预测预警模型

2.以细胞、特色微生物为载体的活性物质合成地盘设计,结合结构导向的营养组分对肠道菌群谱及代谢产物的调控关系,通过精准营养设计,实现粪菌移植等新兴人类健康领域的新技术设计与新产品研发

3.基于AI、人工神经网络机器学习算法结合体内外筛选,开发新型生物传感,并构建人类健康跟踪分析系统,为重要慢病的预防和食物干预提供精准的健康管理,结合新疆特色生物、农业资源组分高通量筛选与挖掘,应用于人类健康饮食干预及未来食品的开发
